City of Lakeville Planning Department Memorandum To: Charlene Friedges, City Clerk From: Daryl Morey, Planning Director Date: March 1, 2018 Subject: LTF Club Operations Company, Inc. Patio Application I have reviewed the patio application submitted by LTF Club Operations Company, Inc. on February 9th for an on-sale liquor license at Life Time Fitness, 18425 Dodd Boulevard. The patio application is for the outdoor pool located on the south side of the building. The patio application meets the requirements of Chapter 3-1-8-14C of the City Code. The Life Time Fitness PUD approved in 2006 limits the hours of the outdoor pool to 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., which is consistent with the requirements of the City Code for patios. As such, I recommend approval of the patio application.
