SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT Proposed Action Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to approve the Site Improvement Performance Agreement (SIPA) and Stormwater Management/Best Management Practice Facilities and Easement Agreement with ABW Holdings, LLC. Overview ABW Holdings owns the property located at 21365 Hamburg Avenue and has submitted a site plan application to construct a 23,018 square foot addition on the west side of the existing Hobo, Inc. building. Development of the new site plan requires site plan and building permit approval by City staff and approval of a SIPA and Stormwater Management Agreement by the City Council. Hobo, Inc. is a permitted use in the I-2 District. Primary Issues to Consider Does the site plan meet Zoning Ordinance requirements? The site plan complies with Zoning Ordinance requirements and will be approved by City staff in conjunction with the building permit for the addition.
