That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from I-2, General Industrial to PUD, Planned Unit Development the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota: The South 714.38 feet of`the North 1625.38 feet of the West 1320.0 feet of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, subject to an easement for a railroad track across the south 10 feet. Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall. not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notation, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and. after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this ist day of .March 1993.
