Green Mill Lakeville, 17733 Kenwood Trail. Overview Green Mill Lakeville was formerly operated by KRG, LLC. The officers of KRG, LLC are Tobin Korpi and Alan Korpi. Earlier this year, the officers created a new corporation, LVGM, LLC. Nothing else has changed. Because liquor licenses are not transferrable, a new application is required in order to issue a license to the new corporation. City ordinance requires a hearing on new applications. Primary Issues to Consider • Does the applicant meet all requirements for the licenses requested? • The applicant meets all City and State requirements for an on-sale and Sunday liquor license. Green Mill was formerly operated by KRG, LLC. The officers of KRG, LLC are Tobin Korpi and Alan Korpi. Earlier this year, these officers created a new corporation, LVGM, LLC. As a result, a new liquor license application was required. . The following automated databases were checked to conduct this background; DVS, MNCIS, in-house records, and criminal history files.
