Overview Midwest Veterinary Supply located at 21467 Holyoke Avenue has submitted plans for the construction of a parking lot expansion. Construction of the parking lot expansion requires administrative site plan approval and City Council approval of a Stormwater Management Agreement. Primary Issues to Consider Does the site plan meet Zoning Ordinance requirements? The site plan complies with Zoning Ordinance requirements and will be approved by City staff.
