Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to grant a wine and on-sale 3.2%
malt liquor license to Chipotle Mexican Grill of Colorado, LLC, 17599 Kenwood Trail.
Overview
Chipotle Mexican Grill of Colorado, LLC has applied for a wine and 3.2% malt liquor license at
its new restaurant located at 17599 Kenwood Trail. Chipotle indicates its primary focus is food;
alcoholic beverages are simply offered to complement the menu. It is not a bar. The application
for an outdoor patio, which was submitted with the license application, has been withdrawn.
Alcohol will be limited to the indoor premises. Chipotle anticipates an opening on or about
September 4, 2018.
The police department conducted a background investigation on the LLC Managers, Matthew

Amanda Larsen, will be present at Monday night’s public hearing.
