Home My WebLink About0998CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 998 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY FROM RM -1 DISTRICT AND RS -3 DISTRICT TO RS -4 DISTRICT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASPEN GROVE PLAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS: Section 1. Legal Description. The following described property located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota is hereby rezoned from RM -1, Medium Density Residential District and RS -3, Single Family Residential District to RS -4, Single Family Residential District: The West 1663.80 feet of that part of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, lying Southerly of the North 1054.00 feet thereof. And The South 288 feet of the North 1054 feet of the West 1663.80 feet of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota. And The East 242.30 feet of the West 1906.19 feet of the South 470.30 feet of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota. Section 2. Zoning MQ. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville, adopted by Section 11-45-5 of the City Code, shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the Zoning Administrator shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Zoning Administrator's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made part of this Ordinance. Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective upon City Council approval of the final plat of Aspen Grove and recording of the final plat with Dakota County.
