AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167
BEING THE ZONING. ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. l67 is hereby amended to rezone from R-6, Medium
Density Residential. District to R-2, Single Family Residential District the
following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota:
See attached Exhibit A
Section 2. The zoning. map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to
show the aforesaid zoning, but the clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on
file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove
provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other
information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of
this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
publication according to law.
Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 17 day of May
1993.

The City Council of the City of
Lakeville ordains as follows:
Section 1, That Ordinance No. 167 is
hereby amended to rezone from R-6,

of indicating the rezoning hereinabove
provided for in this Ordinance, and all of
the notations, references and other in-
formation shown thereon are hereby in-
corporated by reference and made a part
of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its
publication according to law.
Enacted and ordained into an Ordi-
nance this 17th day of May, 1993.
