RESOLUTION NO. 18-91
RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing preceded by two (2) weeks
published notice, to consider the vacation of the following described public drainage and
utility easements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to vacate said
public drainage and utility easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The following public drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated:
(SEE ATTACHED EASEMENT VACATION EXHIBIT)
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota
County Recorder.

EASEMENT VACATION EXHIBIT
Vacation of all drainage and utility easements, as well as easements for
ponding purposes, as dedicated over, under and across Outlot C, HERITAGE
COMMONS, Dakota County, Minnesota. The easements to be vacated are
described as follows:
A 20.00 foot wide drainage and utility easement to be vacated, lying
10.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the most northerly corner said Outlot C; thence
South 49 degrees 04 minutes 43 seconds East, a distance of
49.95 to the point of beginning of said centerline to be described;
thence South 62 degrees 45 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance
of 104.79 feet to the northwesterly line of said Outlot C, and said
line there terminating.
The sidelines of said easement to be vacated are to be prolonged or
shortened to terminate on said northeasterly and northwesterly lines of said
Outlot C.
AND
An easement for ponding purposes to be vacated lying easterly of the
following described line:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Outlot C; thence South
89 degrees 50 minutes 16 seconds West, a distance of 65.00 feet to
the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 08
degrees 57 minutes 44 seconds !Nest, a distance of 142.06 feet to the
northeasterly line of said Outlot C, and said line there terminating.
AND:
A 10.00 foot wide drainage and utility easement to be vacated, lying 10.00
feet southwesterly of the northeasterly line of said Outlot C, southeasterly
of the hereinbefore described 20.00 foot wide drainage and utility easement,
and northwesterly of the hereinbefore described easement for ponding
purposes.
