HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 06.f September 4, 2018 Item No. _____ LAKEVILLE SELF STORAGE FACILITY SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT Proposed Action Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to approve the Site Improvement Performance Agreement (SIPA) and Stormwater Management Agreement (SMA) with Donald Hawkins, representing Lakeville Storage Facility. Overview Donald Hawkins proposes the construction of an un-heated self-storage facility with seven separate buildings totaling 43,000 square feet to be located on the south side of 210th Street between the Heron Way loop. Development of the property requires administrative site plan approval and City Council approval of a SIPA and SMA. Primary Issues to Consider Does the site plan and building elevation plan meet Zoning Ordinance requirements? The site plan and building plan complies with Zoning Ordinance requirements and will be approved by City staff in conjunction with a building permit application.
