HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 06.k Date: Item No. KENWOOD HILLS 3RD ADDITION SUMMARY ORDINANCE FOR PUBLICATION Proposed Action Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to approve a Summary Ordinance for the Kenwood Hills 3rd Addition PUD Overview At their September 4, 2018 meeting, the City Council approved the Kenwood Hills 3rd Addition preliminary plat of 15 detached townhome lots, the vacation of existing public drainage and utility easements, a Comprehensive Plan amendment to re-guide the property to low/medium density residential, and an ordinance rezoning the property to PUD. Because the approved ordinance rezoning the Kenwood Hills 3rd Addition plat to PUD, Planned Unit Development is almost three pages long, staff is recommending approval of a Summary Ordinance for Publication to reduce the publication costs.
