Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Lakeville approves a minor variance for Chad and Julie Cornelius to reduce the required setback for fences that abut public right-of-way from 10 feet to five feet along the rear property line at 19139 Ittabena Way. 2. Property. The variance is for the following described property in the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota: Lot 8, Block 1, The Greenway 3rd Addition 3. Conditions. The variance is issued subject to the following conditions: a) The fence must be set back at least five feet from the rear property line/CSAH 50 right-of-way line to allow for landscaping, as required by the Zoning Ordinance. At least 50% of the street side of the screening fence shall be landscaped with plant materials equal to the height of the fence when they are planted by June 15, 2019. b) A gate constructed of the same material as the fence shall be provided in the fence to allow for maintenance of the entire property. 4. Expiration.
