FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL PAYMENT TO
SUNRAM CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR
SOUTH CREEK RESTORATION
Proposed Action
Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to approve final acceptance of public
storm water management improvements and final payment to Sunram Construction, Inc. for the
South Creek Restoration project, City Project 16-07.
Overview
Sunram Construction, Inc. requests final acceptance of public storm water management
improvements and final payment in the amount of $21,169.47 for City Project 16-07.
The original contract amount was $140,316.00. No change orders were processed for this
project. The final construction cost is $133,952.90.
Primary Issues to Consider
• The public storm water management improvements were tested and inspected by Wenck
Associates, Inc. All work was completed consistent with the Contract and the
administrative requirements for final payment.
