Members present: Commissioners Anderson, Wheeler, Hellier, Volk and Lee Staff present: Justin Miller, Executive Director; Charlene Friedges, City Clerk Motion was made by Anderson, seconded by Hellier, to approve minutes of the August 6, 2018 H.R.A. meeting. Voice vote was taken on the motion. Ayes - unanimous ELECTION OF OFFICERS Secretary Wheeler called for nominations for the offices of Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary for the year 2019. Motion was made by Hellier, seconded by Anderson, to nominate and elect Commissioner Wheeler to the office of Chair. Roll call was taken on the motion. Ayes - Volk, Anderson, Wheeler, Hellier, Lee Motion was made by Anderson, seconded by Hellier, to nominate and elect Commissioner Lee to the office of Vice Chair and Commissioner Volk to the office of Secretary. Roll call was taken on the motion.
