AN ORDINANCE AMENDING. ORDINANCE NO.167
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CTI'Y OF LAKEVILLE
The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows.:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-7, High
Density Residential. District, to R-2, Single Family Residential District, the
following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County,
Minnesota:.
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 3, Replat of Acorn Heights Addition
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to
show the aforesaid zoning, but the clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on
file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove
provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other
uiformaton shown. thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of
this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
publication .according to law.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 167
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE
The City Council of the City of
Lakeville ordains as follows:
Section 1 That Ordinance No. 167 is
