RESOLUTION NO. 19-28
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
OF BEREAN BAPTIST CHURCH
WHEREAS, Anderson Companies, on behalf of Berean Baptist Church, has requested
approval of the preliminary plat of one lot to be known as BEREAN BAPTIST CHURCH,
legally described as follows:
The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20,
Township 114, Range 20, excepting a parcel commencing at the Southeast corner of
said Section 20, thence westerly a distance of 475 feet along section line; thence North
a distance of 175 feet; thence east parallel with said section line a distance of 475 feet to
easterly line of said Section; thence south along easterly line a distance of 175 feet to
point of beginning, Dakota County, Minnesota;
And
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 20, thence westerly a distance of
475 feet along section line; thence North a distance of 175 feet; thence east parallel
with said section line a distance of 475 feet to easterly line of said Section; thence south
along easterly line a distance of 175 feet to point of beginning, Dakota County,
Minnesota;
and
Outlot C, HERITAGE WALK;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing at their March 7, 2019 meeting,
preceded by notice as required by the Subdivision Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the
preliminary plat; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat is acceptable to the City;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
BEREAN BAPTIST CHURCH preliminary plat is approved subject to the following
conditions:
1. The recommendations listed in the Engineering Division memorandum dated
February 28, 2019.
2. Outlots B and D shall be deeded to the City with the final plat.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 18`h day of March 2019
