Overview Arcon Land II, LLC has requested an extension to the final plat approval for Cedar Crossings. The final plat was approved by the City Council on October 1, 2018 and an extension to April 30, 2019 was granted on January 2, 2019. The developer has requested to extend the approval until July 31, 2019. The developer hopes to have the plat recorded in the next couple of weeks but has requested the extension as a precaution. I expect this to happen within 2 weeks but I think to be safe it would be smart to put an extension on the agenda. We can always remove it if unneeded. With that being said, Arcon Land II, LLC requests a three month extension for the approval of the Cedar Crossings Final Plat. I’ll be in touch soon to arrange for the plat and documents to be delivered to DCA Title for recording. They have your attorney’s contact info and will coordinate with them.
