FINAL PLAT EXTENSION
Proposed Action
Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to approve an extension of the Cedar
Crossings final plat.
Overview
Arcon Land II, LLC has requested an extension to the final plat approval for Cedar Crossings. The
final plat was approved by the City Council on October 1, 2018 and an extension to April 30, 2019
was granted on January 2, 2019. The developer has requested to extend the approval until July 31,
2019. The developer hopes to have the plat recorded in the next couple of weeks but has requested
the extension as a precaution.

Hi Kris,
My builder’s corporate office has signed off on the project but I still need to close with them and
then file the plat. I expect this to happen within 2 weeks but I think to be safe it would be smart to
put an extension on the agenda. We can always remove it if unneeded. With that being said, Arcon
Land II, LLC requests a three month extension for the approval of the Cedar Crossings Final Plat. I’ll
be in touch soon to arrange for the plat and documents to be delivered to DCA Title for recording.
They have your attorney’s contact info and will coordinate with them. If you have any questions
please give me a call at 612-889-3265. Thanks!

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That Arcon Land II, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company,

The North 1,616.00 feet of the East 1616.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 114
