SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 22, 2019
Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Marion Conference Room
at City Hall.
Members Present: Mayor Anderson, Council members Volk, Wheeler, Hellier, Lee
Staff Present: Justin Miller, City Administrator; Allyn Kuennen, Assistant City
Administrator; Tamara Wallace, Deputy Clerk
Motion was made by Wheeler, seconded by Hellier, to extend the liquor license premise to
include the sidewalk near the main entrance at Teresa’s Mexican Restaurant on the
weekend of May 3-5, 2019.
Voice vote was taken on the motion. Ayes – unanimous
Mayor Anderson adjourned the meeting at 6:02 p.m.
