RESOLUTION NO. 19-54
RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 18-127
DESIGNATING "NO PARKING" AREAS ON 161ST STREET WEST
WHEREAS, on October 15, 2018 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 18-127, a
resolution designating "no parking" areas on 16151 Street W.; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 18-127 designated "no parking" on the south side of 1615`
Street W. because of its narrow width;
WHEREAS, SBF Development Corp. has prepared plans for the development of row
townhouse units south of 16151 Street W. that will face 161St Street W. and have garage access from a
private drive at the rear of the building; and
WHEREAS, SBF Development Corp. and KJPL Lakeville, LLC have agreed to widen 16151
Street W. by constructing bump out parking on the south side of 161" Street W. for deliveries and
visitors of the future row townhouse residents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Lakeville, Minnesota that
Resolution No. 18-127, a resolution designating "no parking" areas on 1611t Street W., is hereby
repealed.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 6th day of May 2019
