RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DIVISION OF LOT 11, BLOCK
1 OF OVERLAND PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, the owner of Lot 11, Block 1, of Overland Park Addition
has requested approval of a division of that lot; and
WHEREAS, the proposed division is acceptable to the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
The division of Lot 11, Block 1, of Overland Park Addition into
the following described parcels is approved:
1. West 241.92 feet of Lot 11, Block 1, Overland lst Addition.
2. Lot 11, Block 1, Overland 1st Addition except the west
241.92 feet of Lot 11, Block 1, Overland 1st Addition.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Council of the City of Lakeville
