Home My WebLink About78-043Date July 5, 1978 Motion by Spande CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Resolution No. 78-43 Seconded by 7aun RESOLUTION DEFINING SOURCES AND USES OF UTILITY TRUNK FUND NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council that the Utility Trunk Fund shall be used to account for the following monies: 1. Revenues from unit and area charges that were not assessed against benefited property for the trunk water and sewer system. 2. Revenues from sale of topographic maps. 3. Revenues from interest on investments. 4. Expenditures for transfers to debt service funds which were used to aid in the construction of trunk water and sewer systems. 5. Expenditures for transfers to those funds which provide for con- struction of trunk water and sewer systems. 6. Expenditures for the 1976 study of Utility Trunk Fund. 7.
