Home My WebLink About78-017J Date: 21 February, 1978 Motion by __ Zaun CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Resolution No. 78-17 Seconded by Curry A RESOLUTION OPPOSING CHANGES IN REFORESTATION GRANT RULES BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lakeville, Minnesota opposes changes in reforestation grant rules that would limit grants for reimburse- ment to the numbers of trees removed during the past year as this would dis- courage reforestation for future doomed trees, denying adequate growth in advance and destroy the effectiveness of the program.
