HomeMy WebLinkAbout78-005CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Date 16 January, 1978 Resolution No. Motion by Cur Seconded by 78-5 Zaun RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION AND CONDEMNATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR 175th STREET AND BETWEEN IPAVA AND HIGHWAY 50 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lakeville, Minnesota as follows: 1. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the pub- lic health, safety, convenience and public welfare to acquire certain permanent and slope easements for the improvements of a roadway known as 175th Street and the future location of public utilities on property legally described as follows: See Exhibit A. 2. That the City Attorney and Engineer are hereby authorized and directed to acquire said property by eminent domain proceedings unless other- wise acquired before the proceedings are completed.
