NOW TH6EFORE`BE IT RESOLVED,` by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota that Clerk/Treasurer is hereby authorized to write checks to be signed by the Mayor,-atid` C'it'ay ,Gfiisrk beginning January 1, 1978, and payable to duly elected astd appointed officers and employees of the City of Lakeville in accordance with pay,pland,and contracts heretofore adopted or hereinafter adjusted as follows: 1978 GROUP I, ELEC`1`ED :OFb"rCIALS Yearly Bi -weekly Mayor $ 2,700 $103.84 Councilmembers 1,920 73.84 GROUP II, SALARIED EMPLOYEES Chief of Police 24,200 930.76 Asst. The employee must use all available sick leave before injury on duty leave and must be eligible for and receive Workmen's Compensation wage bene- fits. In no case shall the Workmen's Compensation wage payment and injury on duty pay be greater than the employees regular daily wage. The employee's seniority and vacation benefit shall accrue during the period the employee is on injury leave. Sick leave shall not accrue during injury leave. VACATION SCHEDULE for 1978 shall be as follows: After 1 year of employment, 10 days After 2 years of employment, 10 days After 3 years of employment, 11 days After 4 years of employment, 12 days After 5 years of employment, 13 days After 6 years of employment, 14 days After 7 years of employment, 15 days Unused vacation time, up to five days, may be carried over to the next year.
