HomeMy WebLinkAbout77-05Date 17 January, 1977 Motion by Zaun CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Resolution No. 77-5 Seconded by Emond SCHEDULE OF FEES 1 r Y WHEREAS, the 1977 City budget was adopted based on the following schedule of fees and, WHEREAS, the cost of service rendered has increased and, WHEREAS, the fees are to cover the cost of each type of service so that no other revenue source is required to fund said service and inspection; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following Schedule of Fees is hereby approved and adopted, effective January 18, 1977. SCHEDULE OF FEES Building permits As per Section 303, Table No. 3-A Uniform Building Code, 1973 Edition TABLE NO. 3-A—BUILDING PERMIT FEES TOTAL VALUATION FEE $1.00 to $500.00 $5.00 $501.00 to $2,000.00 $5.00 for the first $500.00 plus $1.00 for each additional $100.00 or frac- tion thereof, to and including $2,000. $2,001.00 to $25,000.00 $20.00 for the first $2,000.00 plus $4.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof, to and including $25,000.00 $25,001.00 to $50,000.00 $112.00 for the first $25,000.00 plus $3.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof, to and including $50,000.00 $50,001.00 to $100,000.00 $187.00 for the first $50,000.00 plus $2.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof, to and including $100,000.00 $100,001.00 to $500,000 00 $287.00 for the first $100,000.00 plus $1.50 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof, to and including $500,000.00 $500,001.00 and up $887.00 for the first $500,000.00 plus $1.00 for each additional $1,000.00 I or fraction thereof Plan and energy checking fee $10.00 per residential unit $25.00 Commercial/Industrial Plumbing permits, including water softeners $9.50 + 50,,% minimum plus $2.00 per fixture over 4 per residential unit. Minimum deposit, $200.00. Minimum fee to be re- tained by the City, $50.00. All costs of consultants, staff, mailing of notices, publications, to be charged to the project ac- count. Any cost above $200 is to be paid upon receipt of itemized invoice from the City Clerk, and before the final approval by the City Council or issuance of a building permit.
