Whereas the City on the 3rd day of May , 1976 ordered the improvement of the streets in Dakota Heights and Oak Hills Addition pursuant to a report prepared by the City Engineer, and Whereas the City Engineer was instructed to prepare plans and specifications for said project, and Whereas the City Engineer has prepared said plans and specifications. Now be it resolved by the Council of the City of Lakeville 1. The plans and specifications as presented by the City Engineer are hereby approved. 2. Rids on said project shall be received on the 14th day of June , 1976 at 1p A, M. Adopted this 17th day of May_ _ , 1976.
