'_:mployees shall be given one week notice of a shift change. Time and one-half to be paid on all work before 7:30 A.M. or after 4:00 P.M. for Public Works Departments hourly employees. Vacation Schedule and Use After one year 5 days After two years 10 days After three years 11 days After four years 12 days After five years 13 days After six years 14 days After seven years 15 days The vacation year shall be the calendar year ane each employe shall have the earned vacation computed to January 1 of each year.
