RESOLUTION

A resolution adopting the 1976 pay plan for the officers and employees of the City
of Lakeville.
WHEREAS, state law provides that the City Council set the compensation and
benefits of all officers and employees of the City,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of t'ie City of Lakeville,
Minnesota that Clerk -Treasurer is hereby authorized to writ- checks to be signed
by the Mayor and City Clerk beginning January 1, 1976, and payable to duly elected
and appointed officers and employees of the City of Lakeville in accordance with
pay plans and contracts heretofore adopted or hereinafter adjusted as follows:
Group I, Elected Officers
Mayor

Group II, Salaried Employees
City Administrator
City Clerk
Chief of Police
Assistant Chief of Police
Plus educational incentive pay
Liquor Store Manager

Shift differential of 20G per hour for Public Works Department hourly Employees
for all regularly scheduled work before 7:30 A. or after 1:00 P.M. '_:mployees
shall be given one week notice of a shift change.
Time and one-half to be paid on all work before 7:30 A.M. or after 4:00 P.M. for
Public Works Departments hourly employees.

The vacation year shall be the calendar year ane each employe shall have the earned
vacation computed to January 1 of each year. Erployees may arry over up to three
days of unused vacation from one year to the next.
