AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows:
~e~tion 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-2, Single
Family Residential District to Planned Unit Development the following described land
located within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota:
See "ATTACHMENT A"
.i 2 The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to
show the aforesaid zonng, but the clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on
file in the Clerk's office for the p ose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove
provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other
information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of
this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
publication according to law.
Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 7th day of October, 1991.

_Legal Description of PIID Land
The Southwest Quarter of Section. 5, Township 114, Range 20, except that.
part thereof platted as WALNUT RIDGE, according to the recorded plat
thereof, and situated in Dakota County, Minnesota; and
The North one-Half (N 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) with the
exception of the West 1646.28 feet thereof, Section 8, Township 114,
Range.24, Dakota County, Minnesota; .and
The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E 1/2 of NW 1/4) of Section 5,
Township 114, Range 20, and the East 22.5D acres of the Southwest.
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 of-NW 1/4) lying East of the

That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 8, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, _
described as follows _
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter; thence North 88 degrees 49 minutes 41 seconds
West, on an assumed bearing along the North line of said Northwest
.Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 1070.30 feet; thence
South 00 degrees li minutes 38 seconds East a distance of 130.55
feet; thence South 28 degrees 29 minutes 14 seconds East a distance

The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-2, Single
Family Residential District to Planned Unit Development the following described land
located within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota:
Legal Description of PUD Land
The Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 114, Range 20, except that part thereof
platted as WALNUT RIDGE, according to the recorded plat thereof, and situated in
Dakota County, Minnesota; and
The North One -Half (N 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) with the exception of
the West 1646.28 feet thereof, Section 8, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Min-
nesota; and
The East half of the Northwest Quarter (E 1/2 of NW 1/4) of Section 5, Township 114,
Range 20, and the East 22.50 acres of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
(SW 1/4 of NW 1/4) lying East of the road, formerly known as Ionia Avenue, vacated per
