HomeMy WebLinkAbout0453 .ORDINANCE NO. 453 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167 BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows: ~e~tion 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-2, Single Family Residential District to Planned Unit Development the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota: See "ATTACHMENT A" .i 2 The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zonng, but the clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the p ose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 7th day of October, 1991.
