DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 19-77
RESOLUTION VACATING A PUBLIC DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing, preceded by two (2)
weeks published notice, to consider the following described public drainage and utility
easement vacation, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to approve
the public drainage and utility easement vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The following public drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated:
(see attached Exhibit A)
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota
County Recorder.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 15th day of July 2019

UTILITY EASEMENT VACATION AREA
All of the 20 foot wide publicly dedicated utility easement over, under and across Lot
1, Block 1, INTERSTATE SOUTH LOGISTICS PARK SECOND ADDITION, according to the
recorded plot thereof, Dakota County, Minnesota, which lies 10 feet either side of the
centerline as shown thereon, except that part of utility easement lying within the
southwesterly 5 feet of said Lot 1.
