HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 06.g August 5, 2019 Item No. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATIONS TO THE LAKEVILLE PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT IN THE 2nd QUARTER OF 2019 Proposed Action Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to approve resolution accepting donations to the Lakeville Parks & Recreation Department in the second quarter of 2019. Overview Donations from various sources were received by the Lakeville Parks & Recreation Department. Please see the supporting information for details. On behalf of our department, we sincerely thank these individuals and businesses for their generosity. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota that the grants and/or donations are hereby officially accepted and acknowledged with gratitude to the donors; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that City staff is authorized to amend the budget to comply with grant agreements and restricted donations.
