Section 7-1-2 of the Lakeville City Code is - amended in its entirety to read: BeC.. ?-1-2. 80IIR8 PAR1C8 OP~1 TO PIIBLIC. It is unlawful for any person to be in any City park after ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and before six o'clock (6:00) A.M. with the following exceptions: A. When camping in an area designated for such purposes; B. When participating in an activity for which a permit has been granted by the City; and C. Aronson Park shall be open to the public between the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. Section 2. Section 7-1-2(C) of this ordinance is repealed .effective October 1, 1992. Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. HOURS PARKS OPEN TO PUBLIC. It is unlawful for any person to be in any City park after ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and before six o'clock (6:00) A.M. with the following exceptions: A.
