THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Seotion i. Section 7-1-2 of the Lakeville City Code is -
amended in its entirety to read:

It is unlawful for any person to be in any City park after
ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and before six o'clock (6:00) A.M. with
the following exceptions:
A. When camping in an area designated for such purposes;
B. When participating in an activity for which a permit has been
granted by the City; and
C. Aronson Park shall be open to the public between the hours of
six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M.
Section 2. Section 7-1-2(C) of this ordinance is repealed
.effective October 1, 1992.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately
upon its passage and publication.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 16th day of
March , 1992.

DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
TITLE 7, CHAPTER 1 OF THE
LAKEVILLE CITY CODE
CONCERNING CITY PARKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS :
Section 1, Section 7-1-2 of the
Lakeville City Code is amended in its en-
tirety to read:
Sec. 7-1.2. HOURS PARKS OPEN TO
PUBLIC.
It is unlawful for any person to be in
any City park after ten o'clock (10:00)
P.M. and before six o'clock (6:00) A.M.
with the following exceptions:
A. When camping in an area desig-
nated for such purposees;,
B. When participating in an activity
for which a permit has been granted by
the City; and
C. Aronson Park shall be open to the
public between the hours of six o'clock
(6:00) A.M. and eleven o'clock (11:00)
P.M.
Section 2. Section 7-1-2 (C) of this or-

1992.
