HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 06.b CITY OF LAKEVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES September 3, 2019 Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. After a moment of silence, the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was given. Members Present: Mayor Anderson, Council Members Volk, Wheeler, Hellier and Lee Staff Present: Allyn Kuennen, Assistant City Administrator; Andrea McDowell Poehler, City Attorney; Jeff Long, Police Chief; Paul Oehme, Public Works Director; David Olson, Community & Economic Development Director; Charlene Friedges, City Clerk 3. Citizen Comments: None 4. Additional Agenda Information: None 5. Presentations/Introductions: Chief Long presented the Police Department quarterly report. 6. Consent Agenda Motion was made by Wheeler, seconded by Hellier, to approve the following: a. Check register review b. Minutes of the August 19, 2019 City Council meeting c. Minutes of the August 26, 2019 special City Council meeting d. Agreement with Kevin Casey, LLC for grading of mountain bike trail skills area e. Accept quotation from KELTEK Incorporated for Police Department mobile router modems, and Resolution No. 19-99 amending budgets f. Findings of fact and conditional use permit to allow construction of a detached accessory building located at 11103 181st Street W. g. Findings of fact and conditional use permit to allow building/structure height exceeding 45 feet at Recycle Minnesota, 8812 215th Street W. h. Agreement with Xcel Energy for installation and maintenance of Donnelly Farms trail lighting i. Agreement with Friedges Landscaping, Inc. for Aronson Park field #8 relocation City Council Meeting Minutes, September 3, 2019 Page 2 j. Resolution No. 19-100 authorizing preparation of a feasibility report for improvements to 170th Street W. from Flagstaff Avenue to Pilot Knob Road, Project 20-04 k. Accept proposal from SRF Consulting Group, Inc. for 179th Street improvements from Cedar Avenue to Fieldcrest Avenue, Project 20-08 l. Accept proposal from Stonebrooke Engineering for Dodd Boulevard and 194th Street intersection improvements, Project 20-12 Voice vote was taken on the motion. Ayes – unanimous 7. Unfinished business: None 8. New business: None 9. Announcements: Next regular Council meeting, September 16, 2019 Motion was made by Volk, seconded by Wheeler, to adjourn.
