HomeMy WebLinkAbout0464 • ORDINANCE NO. 464 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167 BEING THE ZONING .ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from PUD, Planned Unit Development to B-3, Auto Oriented Business District and B-4, General Business District the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota: DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY TO BE REZONED TO B-3 That part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, lying north of the southerly right-of--way line of the abandoned right-of--way of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company as said right-of--way is shown in Dakota County Recorder's Document No. 570089, described as commencing at the northwest corner of said North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34; thence South 0 degrees 06 minute 04 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the west line of said North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, a distance of 315.01 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence North 89 degrees 31 minutes 46 seconds East a distance of 700.01 feet; thence northerly, northeasterly, easterly, southeasterly and southerly, a distance of 289.42 feet along a nontangential curve concave to the south having a radius of 60.00 feet, a central angle of 276 degrees 22 minutes 38 seconds and the chord of said curve is 80.00 feet in length and bears North 89 degrees 31 minutes 46 seconds East; thence South 0 degrees 06 minutes d4 seconds East a distance of 475.16 feet to said southerlyy right-of--way line of the abandoned right-of--way of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company; thence North 83 degrees 08 minutes 37 seconds West, along said southerly right-of--way line, a distance of 785.79 feet to said west line of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34; thence North 0 degrees 06 minutes 04 seconds West, along said west line of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, a distance of 374.94 feet to the point of beginning. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and. effect from and after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 15th day of June, 1992.
