DODD BOULEVARD AND GLACIER WAY INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL PAYMENT TO
GRANITE LEDGE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, INC.
Proposed Action
Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to approve final acceptance of public
improvements and final payment to Granite Ledge Electrical Contractors, Inc. for Dodd Boulevard
and Glacier Way Intersection Improvements, City Project 18-08.
Overview
Granite Ledge Electrical Contractors, Inc. requests final acceptance of public improvements and
final payment in the amount of $96,133.61 for City Project 18-08.
The original contract amount was $399,763.85. No change orders were processed for the project.
The final construction cost is 392,777.35.
Primary Issues to Consider
• The public improvements were tested and inspected by S.E.H. and the City’s Public Works
Department. All work was completed consistent with the Contract and the administrative
requirements for final payment.
