Section 7-1-4-5 of the Lakeville City Code is amended to read: A. Intonicatinq Liquors Brohibted: It shall be unlawful for any person to possess or consume intoxicating liquors within City parks, except for beer. B. Glass Containers Prohibited: Glass containers are prohibited in City parks.. Section 2. This ordnance.`shall be effective immediately .upon its passage and publication.
