AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7 OF
THE LAREVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING
PUBLIC TRAYS-AND PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVIZLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 7-1-4-5 of the Lakeville City Code is
amended to read:
A. Intonicatinq Liquors Brohibted: It shall be unlawful
for any person to possess or consume intoxicating
liquors within City parks, except for beer.
B. Glass Containers Prohibited: Glass containers are
prohibited in City parks..
Section 2. This ordnance.`shall be effective immediately
.upon its passage and publication.
ADOPTED by the Lakevl a City Council this 5th day of
August , 1991.

AND PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 7-1-4-6 of the
Lakeville City Code is amended to read:

It shall be unlawful for any person
to possess or consume intoxicating
liquors within City parks, except
for beer.
B. Glass Containers Prohibited:
Glass containers are prohibited in
City parka.
Section 2, This ordinance shall be ef-
fective immediately upon ite passage and
publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Lakeville this 5th day of August,
1991.
