HomeMy WebLinkAbout19-149CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 19-149 RESOLUTION AMENDING 2019 BUDGET WHEREAS, an agreement with Blackstone Contractors, LLC has been proposed for Kenwood Trail drain tile installation, WHEREAS, the project was not included in the 2019 adopted budget and staff is requesting authorization to use the Trail Improvement Fund to pay for the project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota as follows: The cost of the Kenwood Trail drain tile installation is expected to be $28,550, with 55% reimbursed by the County. The City share of the project is expected to be $12,848. Staff is hereby authorized to amend the 2019 budgets with respect to the funding sources up to 10% above the estimated costs.
