CITY OF LAKEVILLE-
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7 OF THE
LARE4ILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING STREET LIGHTS
THE CITY COUNCIL'OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 7-3-5-4 (C)-of the Lakeville City Code is
amended to read•
Thee.Clerk shall list"the total'unpad charges for the
service against each separate lot or parcel to which they
are attributable under this Chapter.. The Council may then:
pread the charges against property benefited as a special`
assessment under Minnesota `Statutes § 429.101.
Section 2. .This ordinance shall be effective immediately
.upon its passage and publication.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council thus 17th day of
December , 1990.
