Section 7-3-5-4 (C)-of the Lakeville City Code is amended to read• Thee.Clerk shall list"the total'unpad charges for the service against each separate lot or parcel to which they are attributable under this Chapter.. The Council may then: pread the charges against property benefited as a special` assessment under Minnesota `Statutes § 429.101.
