CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING. TITLE 1, CHAPTER 5
OF THE CITY CODE CONCERNING THE SALARIES OF
THE MAYOR AND: CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS
It is .hereby, ordained by the-:Lakeville City Council as follows:
Section 1. Title 1, Chapter 5, Section 1-5-1, is amended. to
read as follows:
A. The salary of the `Mayor shall be-$65D per month commencing
January 1, 1992; and $700 per month commencing January 1, 1993.
B. The salary of the City Council members shall be $550 per
month commencing January 1,'.1992;: and $600 per month:commencing
January 1, 1993.
Section. 2. This ordinance shall be effective. upon its passage
and publication.
ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 1990.

It is hereby ordained by the Lakeville City
Council as follows:
motion 1. Title 1, Chapter 5, Section 1-
5-1, is amended to read as follows:
A. The salary of the Mayor
shall be $650 per month com-
mencing January 1, 1992; and
$700 per month commencing
January 1, 1993.
B. The salary of the City
' Council members shall be $550
per month commencing January
1, 1992; and $600 per month
commencing January 1, 1993.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be ef-
fective upon its passage and publication.
ADOPTED this 17th day of Decem-
