Home My WebLink About20-039(Reserved for Dakota County Recording Information) CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 20-39 RESOLUTION VACATING A PUBLIC STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENT WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing, preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider the following described public drainage and utility easement vacation, and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to approve the street and utility easement vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The public street and utility easement as described in Exhibit A is hereby vacated. 2.
