ADMINISTRATIVE PERMIT No. 20-11
1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Lakeville
approves:
An administrative permit to allow M/I Homes to operate a temporary real
estate sales office in a model single family home located at 18024 Green
Gables Trail.
2. Property. The permit is for the following described property in the City of Lakeville,
Dakota County, Minnesota:
LOT 11, BLOCK 9, AVONLEA
3. Conditions: The permit is issued subject to the following conditions:
a) The model home/temporary real estate office shall be utilized solely for selling
lots and/or homes within the Avonlea development.
b) The model home/temporary real estate office shall not incorporate outside
lighting that creates a nuisance due to glare or intensity.
c) All signage shall comply with the regulations as contained in the Zoning
Ordinance.
d) The administrative permit shall terminate 3 years from its date of issuance
unless extended by the Zoning Administrator.
e) A permanent certificate of occupancy shall not be issued until such time as
the model home/temporary real estate office has been fully converted to a
residence in compliance with the International Building Code/International
Residential Code. Additionally, such conversion shall include, but not be
limited to, the construction of a paved driveway as shown on the certificate of
survey approved with the building permit, and the removal of signage and
lighting.
f) The model home/temporary real estate office shall comply with the approved
Avonlea planned unit development.
4. Termination of Permit. The City may revoke the permit upon violation of the terms
of the permit.
5. Criminal Penalty. Violation of the terms of this administrative permit is a criminal
misdemeanor.
