conducted by me or under my direct supervision and that the as-built grades, elevations
and drainage patterns of the site and building are in conformance with the grading plan
approved by the City Engineer or amendments previously approved by the City Engineer.
In addition, all property corner monuments are in place as of this date.
I hereby certify that this survey plan or report was prepared by me or under my direct
supervision and that I am a duly Licensed Land Surveyor under the laws of the State of
