I will email it over to you. I believe from what the code stipulates is that the pools location on the survey/site map should work. I will have you look at this and will wait to hear back from you before I call the contractor. Also, I will relay to the contractor that a fence permit must be obtained prior to the pool permit release. Fences located within a required side yard of a corner lot abutting a public right-of-way or within the required rear yard of a double frontage lot abutting a public right-of-way shall not exceed six feet(6'J in height and shall be no closer to the front lot line than a point intersectinq the front line of the principal buildinq. For the pool, it would need to be out of the required front/ side yard. So the location you described sounds like it would be okay for the pool, but it will depend if they can fit the fence in the setbacks too. I would like to see a site plan and fence permit before you let them begin work to confirm. Let me know your thoughts.
