HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 06.e September 21, 2020 Item No. _____ JD WOODCRAFT SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT AND STORMWATER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT Proposed Action Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to approve the Site Improvement Performance Agreement (SIPA) and Stormwater Maintenance Agreement (SMA) with Heron Property, LLC (JD Woodcraft). Overview Jason Davenport, representing Heron Property, LLC (JD Woodcraft), is proposing the construction of an 18,288 square foot addition and parking lot expansion to the existing 30,000 square foot manufacturing/warehouse/office building constructed in 1999 and located at 21044 Heron Way. The property is zoned I-1, Light Industrial District and the use is permitted in the I- 1 District. Development of the property requires administrative approval of a site plan and parking deferment and City Council approval of a SIPA and SMA. Primary Issues to Consider Does the site plan and proposed construction meet Zoning Ordinance requirements? The plans for the proposed building and parking lot expansion complies with Zoning Ordinance requirements. The site plan will be approved administratively by City staff in conjunction with the approval of a building permit.
