Let it be known that our firm has provided structural design and directed the drafting of structural
conditions for the following elements of the referenced project:
1. Precast plank connections to the foundation walls at the Lower Garage/Upper Garage
2. Foundation walls supporting precast plank
3. Footings at foundation walls supporting precast plank
4. Lintels at openings in foundation walls leading into the Lower Garage (2 openings thus)
The latest set of construction documents showing this design includes Sheets 1-5 prepared by Phillips
Planning, Inc., dated September 14, 2020.
