CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY'8 ZONING ORDINANCE
BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-2~'SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO .PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. The City's Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to
rezone: the following described property from R-2, Single Family
Residential District to Planned Unit Development:
The East 714.37 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section. 32, Township 114, Range 20,
Dakota County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the following
described line: Commencing at the. Northeast corner of said
Southwest Quarter of the.Northeast Quarter; thence South 0
degrees 17 minutes 36 seconds We t along the east line of
said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance.
of 783.60 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be
described; thence North 89 degrees 42 minutes 24 seconds
West a distance of 714.37 feet and there terminating.
Subject to 215th Street and Holyoke Avenue and also any
other. easements of record., if any.
Section 2 The City Zoning Map shall not be .republished to
show the rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark
the zoning map on file. in the City. Halle for the purpose of
indicating the rezoning provided for in this Ordinance and all of
the notations, references, and other. information shown thereon
are hereby incorporated by reference and made apart of this
Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its .publication. according to law.
