HomeMy WebLinkAbout1036ORDINANCE NO. 1036 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CROSSROADS IST ADDITION PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) DISTRICT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS: Section 1. Legal Description. The legal description of the property for which the Crossroads 11 Addition PUD District amendment applies is as follows: Lot 1, Block 2, Crossroads 15L Addition. Section 2. Allowed Uses. The allowed uses on the subject property shall include the following: A. A multiple -family dwelling structure. B. A building in excess of 45 feet in height. Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and publication. Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 2nd day of November 2020.
