HomeMy WebLinkAbout0403 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 403 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING SECTION 11.11.2, SUBDIVISION OF TWO FAMILY OR QUADRAMINIUM LOTS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: Section i, Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended by amending Section 11.11.2 to read as follows: 11.11.2) The following are minimum unit lot requirements for two family dwelling and quadraminium subdivisions where the City sewer or water systems are available Lot'Area Per Dwelling Unit (Sq. Ft.) Two Family .Dwelling Quadraminium Lot Width Front Yard 7,500* 5,000 50' 30' Rear Yard Side Yard Adjacent to Adjacent to Another Lot Street 30~ **10~ 20' *No multiple dwelling is permitted without public sewer and water. **Side yard setback is not applicable where structure has a shared wall(s) as in the case of two family dwellings and quadraminiums. For conforming base lots, up to a 10~ reduction in either the unit lot area or unit lot width requirement for two family dwelling subdivisions is permitted for requests where the dwelling structure is legally non-conforming, provided all other requirements of this ordinance are satisfactorily met a Section 2.
