MERIDIAN BLUE HOLDINGS, LLC STORMWATER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
Proposed Action
Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to approve the Stormwater
Maintenance Agreement (SMA) with Meridian Blue Holdings, LLC.
Overview
Meridian Blue Holdings, LLC is a new business in Airlake Industrial Park that purchased two
properties as part of their relocation to Lakeville from Apple Valley. Their plans include
remodeling of the existing building and expansion of the parking lot and the development of an
outdoor storage area north of their building at 7785-218th Street. The project includes the
construction of private stormwater basins that require approval of a stormwater maintenance
agreement.
Primary Issues to Consider
Does the site plan and proposed construction meet Zoning Ordinance requirements? The plans
for the proposed parking lot expansion and outdoor storage area complies with Zoning Ordinance
requirements.
