HomeMy WebLinkAbout1037ORDINANCE NO. 1037 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 1 OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 3-1-7-1 of the Lakeville City Code is amended by adding anew subsection D to read as follows: D. Annual License Fees for Renewal of On -Sale Licenses in existence on March 17, 2020: Notwithstanding Section 3-1-7-1 (A), the annual renewal fees for on -sale licenses in existence on March 17, 2020 shall be as follows: Type of License Amount of License On -Sale: Annual sales of $375,000 or less of alcoholic beverages $2,500 Annual sales of more than $375,000 of alcoholic beverages $2,800 Special Club: For a club with between 201 and 500 members $200 Sunday liquor $80 On -sale 3.2 percent malt liquor $120 Wine $320 Consumption and display L $120 Taproom 1 $120 (no fee with an on -sale liquor license) SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication and shall remain in effect until June 30, 2021, when this ordinance shall be revoked without further action of the city council.
