HomeMy WebLinkAbout20-154(Reserved for Dakota County Recording Information) CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 20-154 RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AND UTILITY, SLOPE, ROAD, AND DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing, preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider the following described public right-of-way and utility, slope, road, and drainage and utility easement vacation, and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to approve the public right-of-way and utility, slope, road, and drainage and utility easement vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The following public right-of-way and utility, slope, road, and drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated: (see attached exhibits) 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota County Recorder.
